As a non for profit organization, the day to day operation and management of the Club is done on a voluntary basis by the members. Potential camping members are vetted by our membership director. Archery and firearms are vetted by the directors for those sections.
Once vetted, membership contracts are brought to next board meeting to be approved by the board of directors.
Memberships are renewed on or before January 1st annually and reviewed by the board for approval.
